Precinct 2 Justice Court memo "No evictions on Christmas"

Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Court will not evict tenants during the Christmas holidays says Justices of the Peace Bill Donovan & Steve Walker.
According to Donovan, "it has been a practice for all the years I have served on this bench to ensure no one is forced onto the street during the Christmas holiday."
Walker adds, "by law we must sign the evictions, but we can delay the actual eviction for a few days."
