Express-News endorses Dan Pozza for 4th Court

We recommend Democrat Dan Pozza for the Place 4 seat on the Texas 4th Court of Appeals. Pozza is a member of the Texas Board of Examiners, the judicial agency that prepares and administers the state bar exam.

He is a scholarly laywer and extraordinarily well-qualified for the job. He has 27 years of experience in the legal business, specializing in civil trial law and appeals.
