A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 11 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Palo Alto College's Performing Arts Center, 1400 West Villaret Boulevard, San Antonio, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, his family has requested that donations be made to the Carlos Guerra Scholarship Fund. You can post your memories of Carlos on his Express News page.
Carlos' was a voice that eloquently promoted protection of our water resources and the Texas Hill Country. We are so glad that we had the opportunity to celebrate his many friendships and achievements on the occasion of his 60th birthday, and we are privileged to have had him on our side. He will be greatly missed.
