Ray Olivarri is now officially a County Court Judge

County Court-at-Law #6 Ray Olivarri is now officially a Judge, effective January 1st. Olivarri was sworn in by County Court Judge #1 Al Alonso in front of packed crowd in the Central Jury Room at the Courthouse.
