Most of you know I work at the Adult Probation Department. We are represnted by the Service Employees International Union. We are one of only 2 departments in the history of the state whose employees are represented by a union.
On January 23, 2007 at 12:15 p.m. we are having a rally on the south steps of the Bexar County Justice Center concerning public safety and conditions at the department.
We are encouraging all citizens who support us to show up and express that support by standing with us. Please alert any union members you know especially firefighters and police officers to show up and support us as well.
