ABC's "Desperate Housewives" actress & wife of Spurs Player Tony Parker, Eva Longoria Parker joined forces with Councilwoman Diane Cibrian & the San Antonio Public Library to host a press conference addressing special needs students using the Library, Saturday, January 31st.

Longoria and Cibrian share a common bond, as both have sisters with special needs.
