State Rep. District 118 Joe Farias calls the political attacks aired on TV by his Republican opponent on his campaign, outrageous.

According to Farias, his opponent is being funded by pro-voucher advocate and billionaire James Leininger with large sums of cash to produce false and misleading ads against him.

"What is worse than attacking me personally, which I can handle, these ads are saying that Southside teachers are not doing their job and education in Southside is failing our children. These ads are an insult to our part of town," Farias pointed out.

State Senate District 19 candidate Carlos Uresti who has served as the District 118 State Rep. for over 10 years says, "Antuna is showing his desperation in these attacks and the voters will see through it and election day."
