It's a shame that LULAC and American GI Forum and MALDEF worked so hard to get a Latino district to give Latinos a choice, and we see some Latinos going to someone they don't know, or don't know enough about, just for the $$.

Why is a political fundraiser who has not done much for the Southside or Latinos a good choice to be a congressman for this area?

Just wondering...

Went by there today (Wednesday, Sept. 20) around 6 p.m., and all is quiet - i.e., NO ONE THERE! The place just has signs, but no bodies. I guess he's cutting his losses early! Usually, congressional races work after dark!
