Albert Uresti files for Bexar County Tax Assessor-Collector, 11-28

As a former City Manager who holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Mr. Uresti is uniquely qualified to serve. His ability to bring a government operations background of over 30 years coupled with the hands on experience of operating a city will be an asset to Bexar County during these challenging times.

“My goal is to make this office more accessible and efficient for our citizens, while helping to take its operations to the next level. As a City Manager, I worked with budgets, including tax revenues and expenditures. In these financially challenging times, it is important that we identify ways to do more with less. I can help do just that,” said Albert Uresti.

“Albert is the right person for the Tax Assessor-Collector Position. Albert has the experience, education, and energy needed to succeed in this position. I know Albert will do an outstanding job for the Citizens of Bexar County,” said State Senator Carlos Uresti.

Albert Uresti is expected to formally declare his Candidacy for Bexar County Tax Assessor–Collector Tuesday, November 29th @ 3:30 p.m. on the Bexar County Courthouse Northside Steps.
