Emmy-nominated San Antonio filmmaker William Molina has done work for Discovery Channel, History Channel, and Hollywood features. The Truth Be Tolled took the top award for Documentary at the Houston Film Festival last year. Molina first heard about this controversial new shift in transportation financing to toll roads and about the Trans Texas Corridor in 2006. He felt compelled to tell the story through the powerful medium of film. DVDs will be available at the screening.
