National Day of Prayer to be celebrated on steps of City Hall today at noon, Thursday, May 3rd

National Day of Prayer will be celebrated today around the country, in the Nation's Capitol and here in San Antonio at the steps of City Hall at noon. A large crowd is expected to gather.
