Election Day voting turnout in District 7 is dismal

Within the first six hours of voting in District 7, it appears that District voters are showing their disinterest and apathy toward going to the polls. .
In five polling places the Walker Report visited, less than 70 voters per precinct turned out to cast their ballot. At some polls, workers outnumbered the voters going in to vote.
At one poll, the few voters who actually showed up were able to speak with and ask questions of both candidates. Supporters of both challenger Justin Rodriguez and Councilwoman Elena Guajardo shared food, jokes and even posed for photos.
Rodriguez and Guajardo visited with each other and supporters of their opponent.
