Candidate Filing Has Begun!

The filing period for candidates to apply for a place on the 2016 Republican primary ballot opened Saturday, November 14th and closes at 6 p/m/ on Monday, December 14th.  The Republican Party of Bexar County will be available the following dates and times to accept ballot applications: 

Saturday, November 14th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday, November 17th and 19th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, November 24th, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, December 1st through December 10th, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday, December 14th,  – noon- 6 p.m.; Note: 6 p.m. is hard deadline; postmarks are insufficient.

Candidates can apply in person at 909 NE Loop 410, Suite 514; San Antonio, Texas 78209.  Applications received after December 14th, at 6 p.m., will be rejected.  Date of receipt is not determined by postmark, but by actual receipt of items.
