Supporters of District 8 Councilwoman Diane Cibrian swarmed to Mi Tierra Restaurant, Tuesday, July 24th to celebrate her recentvictory. Cibrian gave her supporters a progess report on what she is working on with City Council. She pointed out that she still intends to work to lower property taxes.
