Congressman Lloyd Doggett to host Healthcare event, 3-15

 U.S. Rep. Lloyd Doggett, West San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and local agencies are hosting a healthcare event on Saturday, March 15, to help people register for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act.
