I am President of Made In SATX, Inc. More than a year ago, my friend and colleague, Mike Dyer, and I embarked on this enterprise with the idea of helping the local business community through these challenging times.
The idea was simple: Help San Antonio help itself. On August 1st, we successfully launched our website - WWW.MadeInSATX.com . The business community immediately embraced our goal. The launch generated so much excitement that we became the feature story of the 10 p.m. broadcast of KSAT News.

The concept behind Made In SATX, Inc. is based on simple laws of commerce. We aim to encourage local businesses to do business with each other, thereby keeping San Antonio dollars in San Antonio. We expect that the benefits to our members will multiply as new business networks develop and expand.
