Students Committed to Change will be holding a press conference on Tuesday, 4 December 2007 at 9:30am on the campus of the University of Texas at San Antonio. The students will be holding the press conference on the front steps of the Main Building - which houses the administrative offices of University President Dr. Ricardo Romo.

Students Committed to Change will address the deterioration and erosion of the African American Studies Program and what steps they believe the University Administration should take in order to restore the program to its former status.

Other students and members of the community will be in attendance. Officers from Students Committed to Change will be available for comment after the press conference.
