Finally someone with a plan for the FUTURE of the Sheriff's Office. Most Sheriff's except what they have inheratied and dont expand or secure a future. Milam seems to have a plan and several goals. He started as a jailer for the Sheriff's office and moved on to LE as a Patrolman, then a detective and became a sergeant. Milam moved on to the US State Dept., and Now with High Intensity Drug Trafficing of the Attorney Generals Office. Milam knows the politics of the Sheriff's Office and of the County. I think the Future of the Sheriff's Office is safe in Milams hands.
