Judge Ray Olivarri unexpectedly passed away yesterday, 1-15
Lost one of the best friends I have ever had tonight, Judge Ray J Olivarri. I was so glad to be with Ray and Brenda and many friends at his home tonight when he passed away. Anytime I was with Ray, he always made me feel better about myself. I was honored to have Ray swear me in as the Bexar County Tax Assessor-Collector. Ray was a great judge who believed in giving people a second chance. Elsie and I and my entire family, along with many many people, will miss him dearly.
