District 20 Retired Teachers Assoc.2 sponsor a bus to Austin, 4--3

I would like to invite you to this event.

District 20 Texas Retired Teachers Association is sponsoring a bus for Day at the Capitol on Wednesday,  April 3rd, 2019

It is a charter bus that will leave from the Walmart at 281 and Loop 1604, at 7 a.m with a likely return by 5 p.m.

The cost is $20 per person.  You would be dropped right in front of the Capitol--no walking except up to the building.

Our Mission: To show up in great numbers from across the state to let the State Legislature know that we need  BETTER funding for our issues--Our Retirement Annuity and our Health Care.

Everyone is asked to wear a Red Shirt/Blouse/Tee Shirt, etc. We encourage those attending to visit their Rep's or Senator's office,  meet their staff and express our concern of our need for an increase in our annuity check and better/lower cost medical insurance.

You do not have to be a member of TRTA and you may invite a spouse, friend, etc. We have a few seats left.
