District 6 Fitness 5K-Vets Fun Walk @ Nelson Wolff Stadium, 8-13
We are proud to announce that we are teaming up with San Antonio Sports Fit Family Challenge to have our annual Fitness 5k and Veterans Fun Walk on August 13, 2016 at Nelson Wolff Stadium (5757 US-90, 78227). This is a FREE event.
The first 1,000 people to register will receive a FREE t-shirt and the first 1,000 people to cross the finish line will receive a medal. This is an official chip-timed, USATF-certified course.
We will also be having a Kids Fit Zone, free vision screenings and much more.
Schedule:
- 7:15am - Veterans Fun Walk (.5 miles)
- 7:45am - Opening Ceremonies
- 8:15am - 5k Run/Walk
