Pamela Taylor retires as CEO of Dress for Success San Antonio ·
Pamela Taylor has announced her retirement from Dress for Success® San Antonio and Career Gear San Antonio. Ms. Taylor is leaving the organization to pursue the completion of her PhD in Leadership. As the Co-Founder and CEO, her work over the last 14 years propelled Dress for Success San Antonio to its position as the impactful work force development non-profit that it is today.
During Taylor’s tenure we have impacted over 10,000 men and women and more than 22,000 children. We are thankful for all the time and effort that she has given to our mission. Her tireless labors to help the clients will be missed. The staff, board of directors and clients of Dress for Success of San Antonio and Career Gear of San Antonio wishes Ms. Taylor success in her future endeavors and know that she will continue to be a moving force and an effective supporter of human rights and the non-profit community.
Ms. Phyllis Jendrusch the current Director for Client Services will step in as Interim Executive Director. Ms. Jendrusch has 7 years’ experience at Dress for Success San Antonio and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She knows she has a big role to fill, but is excited to carry on the amazing work that Ms. Taylor started. With Ms. Jendrusch and the rest of the dedicated staff at Dress for Success San Antonio, we know we will be able to continue meet the needs of our clients and partner organizations.
