As part of Black History month, the UTSA Department of Political Science and Geography African-American Studies program will host a panel discussion, “The State of Black San Antonio,” from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27 in the Durango Building Southwest Room (1.124) at the UTSA Downtown Campus.
Panelists will discuss the socioeconomic, political and educational conditions for African-Americans in San Antonio. Free and open to the public, the forum will include opening statements from the panelists, followed by audience comments and questions.
