District 8 candidates participate in NW Dems forum

District 8 City Council candidates squared off in a public forum answering questions from the Northwest Democrats during their monthly meeting at Luby's Cafeteria on Bandera Road, Saturday, February 17th.

Participants answered questions about water, term limits, taxes and ecomomic growth for District 8. Christian Archer, special assistant to Mayor Phil Hardberger spoke on the upcoming bond issue also on the May ballot.

Five of the six candidates participated in the forum. Candiate Gloria Sanchez did not attend.
