Mi Tierra's Restaurant was the setting for a large fundraiser and rally for Mary Alice Cisneros, SA Council candidate for District 1. Mary Alice's husband Henry & brother Roger Perez, both represented District 1 as councilmen in the past, Henry also served as Mayor and Secretary of Housing Urban Development (HUD) during the Clinton Administration.
