SA Council Dist. 4 candidate makes it official

San Antonio District 4 Council candidate Phil Cortez has made it offficial. Cortez filled out the paper work at City Hall to run for District 4, Thursday, February 15th.

Surrounded by his mother, father, brother, campaign manager & supporters, Cortez took the first step to securing the Council seat currently held by Councilman Richard Perez who is term limited from running again.

Cortez currently works for South Texas Blood & Tissue on IH10 near Balcones Heights.

Presently, Cortez is the only candidate officially filed for the office. The deadline for filing is March 12th. Election Day is May 12th.
