A full house of pro & anti supporters of Toll Roads, converged on VIA headquarters on San Pedro causing a media frenzy with TV news, radio and print media swarming inside and outside interviewing anyone who would provide a sound bite in English and/or Spanish.

Exhausted from the marathon meeting, numerous supporters from both sides left early as the board postured, hedged, pandered and pontificated on the importance of their particular vote.

The final result was 12 voting for the proposal and four voting against proceeding in the process.
