During the King William Parade & Fair, Saturday, April 28th, a neighborhood rally at the Luz & Ed Day residence on Guenther Street for Council candidate Mary Alice Cisneros attracted local district 1 residents to stop by, talk to the candidate and leave with signs and tee-shirts.
