Delicia Herrera speaks to Northwest democrats

Northwest Democrats held their monthly meeting at Luby's Cafeteria on Bandera Road, Saturday, April 22nd and hosted Councilwoman Delicia Herrera to speak and answer questions. Herrera's opponent Pete Galaviz declined.

Many questions were addressed to include Herrera's top priorities for the next two years, the bond package and her stance on installing red-light cameras in San Antonio like Balcones Heights. Herrera said she wasn't in favor of them.
