SAPOA endorses Councilwoman Elena Guajardo

The San Antonio Police Officers Association (SAPOA) and Service Employees International Union (SEIU) have endorsed Councilwoman Elena Guajardo for a second term on City Council.

Guajardo expressed her appreciation for the support saying, “I am humbled and honored to have earned the support of the men and women who serve our city. Police officers place their lives on the line every day to protect our families and neighborhoods. I am proud to work with police officers to ensure we provide the support they need.” Guajardo said.

“Our city employees are on the frontlines everyday providing the services we expect,” she added.
