Councilman Art Hall hosts forum for District 8

District 8 Councilman Art Hall hosted a forum for the six candidates to replace him in May at Hobby Middle School off Vance Jackson, Monday, March 19th.

All six candidates appeared and answered pre-written questions by the crowd that attended. Topics covered graffitti, tax relief, traffic congestion, water issues and term limits.
