District 8 forum meets at Stinson Middle School

District 8 Councilman Art Hall hosted a District 8 candidates forum at Stinson Middle School, Monday, March 26th despite heavy rains and thunder storms. Altough the turnout was hampered by the weather, constituents turned out to hear 5 of the 6 candidates talk about term limist, water, parks, bond issue and other topics.
