California real estate investors along with opportunity seekers from many other places are going to descend upon San Antonio and Texas again. This time the feeding frenzy will be even more exciting!

A few years ago California real estate investors seemed to be flying in with bags of money to snatch up every home for sale in the Alamo City. It was wild, and that was a seller’s market! I predict that they will return in great numbers, eager, and ready to take advantage of our new buyer’s market and savvy sellers will be making good deals.

The low dollar makes San Antonio an attraction to international investors too. Is San Antonio about to be the next “Win-Win” city? I certainly think so. We have sellers ready to go do other things, sellers being pinched by bad loans and bad decisions, and sellers avoiding foreclosure. We have the seminar people that took the bait on those late night infomercials and found out they did not get rich and they do not have a private jet. Many can’t wait to get out from under property they purchased.

We have sellers ready to rock-n-roll. I can almost here them yelling at the California airports. Listen! “Go to San Antonio, Texas young investor! Go to San Antonio! There is gold in those homes! Texas “R”…Real Estate that is.” The phones are ringing. They are asking the key questions as they contact Realtors that know how to help them find the treasure.

San Antonio, Texas is going to be the place to put their money as we weather the mortgage crisis yet continue to have a good local economy. Are we an investor oasis? Many think so. Welcome to San Antonio, Texas! What a great day to be in real estate!
