Bexar County Libertarian Party hosts candidate forum, 10-18

Libertaian Party candidates: Bexar County Sheriff candidate Larry Ricketts, Constable Pct.3 candidate Rudy Glover

This is a friendly reminder that on Tuesday October 18th, Bexar Libertarian Party is hosting a candidate forum and that each of you are invited and asked to attend. The location is 606 W. Cypress Street in San Antonio which is only a few blocks from the San Pedro exit off I-35 in downtown San Antonio.

The time is 6-9 p.m. The first hour is a social mixer with the formal meeting beginning as soon after 7 p.m. as I can get the audience seated and listening. We will end promptly at 9 p.m. You are welcome to leave immediately if you wish. Several audience members are happy to talk for another hour after the meeting but I recognize many of you may want to return to Austin or get home as soon as possible.

The format of the forum will be a five minute presentation for each candidate followed by a Q & A from the audience. I will limit questions to one minute and prohibit open ended commentary. I will also recognize questioners only once unless there are no other questioners.

We will send out press releases to local media. This usually generates no coverage but this has been a good year for the LP and it's possible press will show up this time. Bexar Libertarian Party has already been on the local news twice this election season and with a little luck one of the local stations will do a short story.

Many of you have confirmed already that you will attend. If I haven't yet talked with you about this or you haven't yet confirmed, please let me know you intentions ASAP.

Thanks,

Gil Robinson
Chair Bexar LP
