Walker Report Publisher & Justice of the Peace Pct. 2 Pl. 1 candidate & former Balcones Heights Councilman Steve walker did a quick interview on the 550 KTSA Talk Show with Trey Ware, Friday, August 1st shortly before going on the "Gang of Four" talk show with host Jack Riccardi minutes later.

Walker reminded Ware that he taught his brother Ricci Jr. 35-years ago @ Krueger Middle School in NEISD where the elder Ricci Ware served as PTA President. Trey Ware pointed out to his listeners that the Walker Report did extensive coverage of the senior Ricci's 50th anniverary in radio months earlier.

The two also discussed the San Antonio Association of Hispanic Journalists (SAAHJ) awarding KTSA veteran reporter Elizabeth Ruiz the Henry Guerra Lifetime Achievement Award for Journalism the day before and the extensive coverage of the event by the Walker Report.
