Impact on Families September 3rd @ 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Conference Room A University Center, St. Mary’s University
Reservations: Reservations are not necessaryto attend the Partners Across Texas meeting. However, please call (210) 431-4394 for lunch reservations.
Agency representatives, please call (210) 431-4394 to reserve a display table for your agency. Each display will be allocated a 4 ft. by 4 ft. space. Each display will share an 8 ft. table and will be provided with a chair for an agency
representative.
There are a limited number of electrical outlets for slide or video presentations, so let us know if you wish to reserve one. You may use a tabletop display board or banner that fits within the available space.
Bring brochures or information that participants can take with them.We expect up to 150 participants.
