Catholic Charities, Acchdiocese of San Antonio honored the Reverend Claude Black, along with Father Thomas Flanagan, Thursday, April 4th for decades of service to the city. The award is the Lifetime of Faith & Service Award. Rev. Black is a former San Antonio City Councilman.
