Schuylar Crist to take part in Conservative internship


Schuylar Crist, (photo) local conservative activist has been selected to take part in an internship offered by the Leadership Institute in Washington D.C. to help promote conservative issues on college campuses across the United States.

Selected from a field of 800, Crist will attend the eight day seminar in D.C. in August. The top ten recruits of the seventy selected for the seminar will chose the city where they will base their operations.

The paid internship will run September through mid-November. Crist says his goal is to "create 10 new conservative clubs on college campuses in 10 weeks wherever assigned."

Crist points out he will promote Pro-life issues, 2nd Amendment, and Border Security issues, among others.
