The Neighborhood First Alliance held a monthly meeting @ Claude Black Community Center, Monday, March 31st that included a presentation by Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff on extending the visitor's tax & comments by runoff candidates in the Sheriff's race, Justice of the Peace, Pct. 1 & 2 race & Railroad Commmissioner.
