I really don't care who wins.
I just think bexar county could be better than what it is now. I would like to see the prisoners do more community work. Keeping our community free from litter and grafatti would benefit everyone. It would save taxpayers money and make our area beautiful. If someone gets cited for a DUI then they should have to work week-ends picking up trash. Also we need a redemption center placed in a parking lot so people could drop their bottles and cans and get paid cash for their collections. That would help the area from being trashed with bottles and aluminum cans. People would have no problem recycling if they knew it was convenient for them to get the cash. Also I think property owners that have trash piled around their homes should be given allotted time to clean up the mess or will be fined a certain amount of money. There should be a legal paper printed and placed on there property giving them a certain time to clean it up. With all the new construction being done here even the construction companies should be cited too for all of their trash flying around and polluting our neighborhoods. They should be required to have bins or containers placed in their construction sites and all trash placed in the covered containers by the end of their work day. Thanks for all that you do but I just think more should be done.
