Councilwoman Herrera says, "Avoid low water crossings"

The San Antonio Area is experiencing significant rainfall in some areas, with up to half-inches expected in the area. Flash flooding may occur, resulting in a considerable amount of water over certain roads and hidden dangers at low water crossings.

Motorists are advised to avoid low water crossings or not to drive around or move protective barricades.
