A long line of well-wishers stood for nearly 45 minutes to get into the celebration before the program began.

It was a fun night. I produced the Ricci Ware Show for six years, so I thought it was great to see the Big Man being honored for fifty years in San Antonio radio.
BTW, thanks for identifying me as "and friend" in the picture with Mayor Peak.
