Andro R. Mendoza announces candidacy for District 5 Seat on San Antonio City Council
Asserts accountability begins with the Office of the Councilman; pledge to eliminate wasteful spending, reduce the tax burden of our residents.
Southside resident Andro Mendoza, 42, announces his candidacy for City Council District 5. As candidate of District 5, Mendoza vows to promote greater accountability to the community; enhance the quality of life for residents of District 5; improving our public infrastructure; sustain economic development; and provide quality education.
Mendoza is a graduate of Luther Burbank High School former student of Lowell Middle School and Graebner Elementary School. As a high school graduate from Luther Burbank High School, Mendoza pursued a four-year term in the United States Navy, which allowed him to earn a Bachelors degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration via the GI Bill. He then received a nomination to attend a Healthcare Executive Management Fellowship at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
