The Express News writes: "We strongly recommend casting ballots for Torres, whose civic activities and background in the law provide excellent preparation for legislative service [...] Through her legal and civic work, Torres has developed a keen understanding of San Antonio, particularly the needs of [the] average resident. Torres is undoubtedly the right choice in the runoff."
