Hispanic Chamber's 2nd Annual Corona Paella Challenge, 3-13

San Antonio’s most creative and delicious food event.

The San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, along with San Antonio’s iconic Chef Johnny Hernandez, present the 2nd Annual Corona Paella Challenge, Sun. Mar 13th, 11a.m.-4 p.m. at Pearl.

This one-day community event celebrates the quintessential dish of Spain. The Corona Paella Challenge brings together chefs from across the US and Latin America to compete in an Iron Chef style Paella competition. Each chef will create a signature Paella from a pantry of fresh produce, rabbits, and chorizo, herbs, saffron and fresh seafood among others.

The afternoon will be filled with live entertainment and highlight the food and wine of Spain including Sangria.

Proceeds to benefit The Culinary Institute of America scholarship programs and the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber Education Foundation

Admission is $50 pre-sale and $60 at the door. ($20 under 14)
