UTSA to get new federal funding programs, says Congressman

San Antonio, TX — Congressman Ciro D. Rodriguez will announce two new federal funding programs awarded to the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) at a press conference to take place from 10-10:30 a.m., Thursday, October 9th at the university.
Rodriguez will discuss his success in securing $9.4 million in funding for the UTSA Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS) and other important projects at the university, which has recently made known its plans to become a top tier school.
