Elect Frances Dunham
Dunham is a dedicated and
successful bilingual family law attorney in Texas for 20 years. Dunham has strong views about the responsibilities
of a successful judge.
Dunham’s plans
include, educating the community in civil and family law matters through her
Free Legal Workshops. She
strongly believes in citizen’s rights to jury trials in child custody cases and
has extensive experience and success in trying them for both mothers and
fathers.
Dunham founded
Free Legal Workshop, Inc. in 2012, where she began hosting free workshops
concerning all family law issues. She hosts these workshop twice a month at her

In 1996 Dunham worked as an assistance Attorney General in
Harlingen, Texas. Later, establishing her successful private practice firm in
San Antonio. Both in Harlingen and San Antonio, she has worked with the
Battered Women’s Shelter, providing workshops and free or sliding scale
representation for victims of abuse.
Dunham is a member of the San Antonio
Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Bexar County Women’s
Republican Club. She has her Bachelor of Science Degree from Maryville
University, a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing with
St. Louis School of Law. She has her
Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University, and
finally, she received her Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Louis School of Law. Her background makes her
a great choice for Bexar County’s 438th District Court Judge.
