Businessman/soldier Archuleta-candidate for Mayor of Windcrest
Frank Archuleta is running for Mayor of Windcrest as a culmination of his leadership abilities in business & the military and unique skillset to serve his community.
Raised in Pampa, Frank attended Pampa High School where he was a member of the Explorer Club (Law Enforcement, Track) and the Boxing Club.
He went on to earn 3 degrees:Bachelor of Science, West Texas A&M University, Canyon, Master of Science, St. Edwards University, Austin, & a Master of Arts, at the University of Norte Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
After High School, Frank entered the U.S Navy and served aboard the U.S. Ranger (CVA-61) and the Oliver H. Perry. (FFG-7) He later joined the Army Reserve Officer Training Corp and received a commission as a Second Lieutenant.
While in the Army Reserve he worked in array of civilian occupations: Adult Probation Officer, Management Consultant for the Department of Criminal Justice, Program Auditor for the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Private Business Consultant for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and Director of Austin-Travis County Advocate Program.
He finally entered active duty service with Army serving as Chief of Personnel for the 21st General Hospital (500 bed), Operations Officer for Program Management & Assessment and Evaluation Office for Ft. Leavenworth and Chief of the Medical Branch, Army South. While now semi-retired he works as a Realtor for Keller Williams, in San Antonio.
Frank Archuleta is qualified to be the next mayor of Windcrest.
