Tommy Adkisson, County Commissioner Pct. 4 secured the nomination and the votes to move Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 Linda Penn to County Court at Law #5. Judge Penn was voted in by Commissioners Court today with a 4-1 vote. Judge Penn will move into County Court at Law #5 September 8th & run for Election March 2nd in the Democratic Primary.
