Cesar E. Chavez Legacy & Educational Foundation meet, 2-16

CECLEF Meeting this Saturday, Feb. 16th

I hope this message finds you well. It’s that time of the year ! Our annual march and events are around the corner. On behalf of the The Cesar E. Chavez Legacy & Educational Foundation, I wanted to take an opportunity to invite you to the 17th Annual Cesar E. Chavez March. Attached is the official flyer and calendar of events so feel free to distribute as needed.

Arturo Rodriguez, President of the United Farm Workers will be coming in from California to join us for the march. Mr. Rodriguez who is from the South Side of San Antonio and a St. Mary's graduate is at the forefront and leading the charge for comprehensive immigration reform in Washington D.C. Let’s help Arturo and the UFW by sending a strong message at this year’s march that San Antonio is behind him and the UFW.

This year we are aiming high for the largest food drive turnout ever for the March. In the Yes We Can Food Drive Campaign, we are asking all who attend the March bring canned goods to donate tothe San Antonio food Bank.

Join Us This Saturday at Noon
